Samsung recently launched its next-generation tablet Galaxy Tab 620 in the Indian market priced at Rs 30,250. It has 7-inch WSVGA (1024X600) PLS LCD display and comes with a 1.2GHz dual core processor and Android Honeycomb 3.2 operating system.  It has 3 Mega pixel Auto focus camera with LED Flash with 720p HD video recording at the rate of 30 frames per second and a 2 Mega Pixel front video calling camera. It comes with 1GB RAM, 16 GB Internal memory that can be expandable up to 64GB with MicroSD.

The Galaxy Tab with its powerful processor, high-end operating system, sleek design and intelligent value added applications make it a faster, lighter and smarter device, said Ranjit Yadav, Country Head, Mobile and IT, Samsung India.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 620 accompanied with HSPA+ technology will offer faster browsing, downloading and transmission and apart from content viewing and gaming, users can download movies and songs and surf the web with high data speeds of 21Mbps. The Wi-Fi Channel Bonding helps you share data with others over Wi-Fi faster. Other connectivity features include 3G HSPA?, Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n and it has a 4,000 mAh Li-on battery. The tablet is one of the lightest in its category, weighing 345 gm and its sleek design of 9.6 mm makes it convenient to carry. With integrated communication service, product users can aggregate contacts, calendar and email with instant messaging and social networking service.

However, Samsung is officially quoting the price of this latest tablet at INR 30,250, whereas the same can be picked up at Flipkart for INR 26,499.
