Samsung Phones are among the great quality phones you can purchase these days.  If you are looking for New Samsung Cell Phones to buy, it is highly recommended that you choose one that is unlocked.  Unlocked Cell Phones better than locked cell phones because the first are No Contact Cell Phones, meaning that you don’t have to be bounded with the contract of one service provider.  With unlocked cell phones, you can easily change from one service provider to another.  This is one of the most important aspects of owning a cell phone which is not available with a locked cell phone.  Many manufacturers locked their phones to their service.  This is their way of protecting their own business.  They are trying to force their users to continue their subscription to their service.  This is however, has limitations.

If the owner moves to another state or another counter, he will not be able to use the local SIM option even though temporarily.  We know that these local SIMs requires cheaper charges for roaming.  Thus, owners are end up paying high charges for roaming.

In another case, the user may be dissatisfied with the service’ quality.  He may find the rates higher than any other service provider.  But he cannot just change service providers without giving up his phone.  And cell phones are among our many investments.  It is not worthy for most cell phone owners to just give up their phones once they are not satisfied with the service provider it is bounded with.
